Founded
in 1980 as Umesh B Rao & Co (UBRCo), the company was
offering services exclusively in the field of Structural
Design. However, over a period of time, the service offerings
were extended to several Civil Engineering disciplines,
including architectural engineering services. Over the
years UBRCo, established a reputation in the industry
as engineers of immense technical ability, high ethics
and excellent customer service. In 2007, UBRCo embarked
on the second leg of the journey. UBRCo was reconstituted
into a private limited company under the brand name of
Primus Engineering Solutions Private Ltd. As Primus we
will be adding Global Project Delivery, Scale of Operations
and a more complete bouquet of services to the core strengths
of Technical Ability, Ethics and Customer service.
Primus Engineering has been conceptualized after a careful
and an in-depth analysis of what truly constitutes “value”
for organizations in need of engineering solutions. It
is our conviction that a comprehensive one-stop solution
provider who has a good understanding of the overall concept
of a project would be in the best position to provide
the maximum value. The most effective cost and time savings
while not compromising on future maintenance and running
costs will constitute the best case scenario for any organization.
With this in mind, our service offerings straddle a
variety of disciplines with relevance to different project
applications. Our customers will now be able to leverage

Over the years, as UBRCo, we have successfully completed
varied types of Projects ranging from Housing, Office
and Commercial Complexes to Industrial Projects including
Power Plants and Infrastructure Projects; we have also
provided electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning,
piping, landscaping, etc. services with specialist associates
to achieve complete co-ordination and monitoring of
Projects.
